Vitamin D-rich foods:  Per CNP, exposing prepped / chopped raw mushrooms to 15 minutes of sunlight before cooking in order to greatly increases the cooked mushrooms’ Vitamin D content.  (Exposure to sunlight after cooking has no impact on the Vitamin D content.)
