Cautions: Honey and dates are high in sugar calories and are inflammatories. Keep protein levels consistent with your exercise levels. If you eat animal proteins maximize the nutritional value (and flavor) and minimize the environmental impact by opting for grass-fed, pasture-raised, or wild-caught. Add more dark, leafy greens and other sources of fiber to your meals.
