Calling milk chocolate ‘chocolate’ is like calling a fish stick doused with malt vinegar and dunked in ketchup ‘fish’. Milk chocolate is something you eat when you don’t care for the taste of chocolate (liquor). And as for white chocolate, that’s as close to chocolate as Kosher gelatin (made from fish bones) is to fish.
